what did ya'll use to get all the sticky stuff off? i've followed the "how-to" and its still on there :-( please pm me or post info. i've tried goo-gone, heatgun , it helps but still sun burnt on there. thanks in advance.

i just waxed it after i got all the goo off, still can tell a little but its hard when that part of the paint has never seen the sun.

Use 3M Adhesive Remover. You can get it at Pep Boys.

This is how my trunk looks. I think it adds a little more flavor than just de-badging it completely.

I was leaning towards just leaving the Mitsubishi emblem but that sure turned out nice. Really dig the taillight mod too!
