i bought an evo with deleted cat.
i need to get it inspected, however i know it will not pass
is there any trick to it? other than putting cat back on?

just buy a used cat

 

u need a cat. depending on mods you will also probably fail with a cat.
a friend of mine with a few mods still failed by .2 with a stock cat. his mods were simply a 9 turbo and mbc set at 18 psi with a 3" no name exhaust.

 

This has been covered DOZENS of times. Please search. Thats what its there for.

 

There is a Force Emissions Patch in the ECUFlash Forum...you will need to search to find it though...and you will need at least slight tuning/flashing knowledge to do it correctly
