steering wheel lock

steering wheel lock

is the steering wheel lock and ignition switch relocatable? does anybody have the diagram for this as well? i cant seem to find it online anywhere. has anybody even removed their steering wheel lock to be replaced?

The steering wheel lock is integrated in the key cylinder.
What are you trying to do?

Yep, you will have to grind and knock the pin that holds the steering lock out. After that you can put it back or relocate it to a different location.

okay I understand the 2 rivots and the bracket. it should still work even if it's relocated correct? well I want to install a push start but it still requires the key cylinder assembly, but I want it to be a clean look without the key slot.

Yep, it will works still. That's what I did too. I can't figure out how to disable the immobilizer so I just hide the key cylinder.
