wrong alignment specs
I just got an alignment done @ the dealership. They used the regular Lancer (16" wheel) specs instead of the Evo (17"). Do I need to take it back? It drive straight. Here's the spec sheet
Update: I called and they said their machine can only do up to 16" wheel so I guess I'm stuck @ this spec right now. The question is can I drive like this for awhile before I find a place to get it right?

do my knowledge the wheel size shouldnt matter too much as you are aligning the suspension components. when i had a huge bdubs on my truck they took the wheels off to align it.
you are good to go. the only gay part is the right front, its off by .4 from the left. i would think they could have done a better job with the front camber as its not to far off of what you initially came in with.

Its not absolutely wrong. The only thing you can do is use the eccentric bolts, and all that does is switch between -1* and-2* camber. If you wanted to run say -1.5 degree camber on the front, you cant. I shouldve been more specific in my above post

Thats wrong. The bolts has 2 flat sides that sit on a raised peice of metal on the strut. On side of the bolt is -1 the other side is -2. Its either one or the other. You cant have adjustments in between using stock hardware

Thanks for the reply guys. And they said they couldn't do anything with the camber because "You lowered it and we only have the stock setting to work with". Not sure if that's just their excuse or not but that's what they said.
Also, out of the whole dealership, there's like 1 mechanic who worked on an Evo before. Everyone else thinks it's a FWD Lancer with flashy body kit lol.

hmmm, were gonna have to agree to disagree haha. When i got my alignment done way back when, one side maxed at 2.2 but the other only got 1.8, so he made both 1.8
The alignment is right even though they used the wrong specs as their guide. The front of the Evo is not as affected by lower because it's a strut.
The camber bolt being flipped one way or the other is an adjustment, albeit a very limited one. The camber can range from -0.7 to -1.3 on the "less" camber side, and -1.6 to -2.2 on the "more" camber side. It's rarely the same from one Evo to the next one.
If you want to be able to "dial" it in, just buy an eccentric bolt from Specialty Parts, H&R, Eibach or anyone that offers it, and replace the flip bolt. Then you can dial as much as -3.0 camber if you want.

you're both wrong and both right. there are only 2 settings arrow out and arrow in but there is plenty of slop in the top mount as well as the 2 bolts on each side to get the camber where you want it.
