Pull the iac completly out. Test te pins on the iac not the harness.

okay i got anxious and tested it. all #2 and #5 had ~30.5 ohms to each term so i guess the unit is good? What about the teeth i dont see any "teeth" what are they? The resistance is good i dont see much carbon build up maybe a moderate amount on the back side of the blade of the TB. Is the TB just 4 bolts to take out?

My cel did come on at 1st i was getting p0300
then it gave me p0401 so i checked the hose to see if it was still connected which
it was so i decided to just buy a new egr valve and hope that that'll fix the problem.
The p0401 egr code happen after i got my clutch installed on my car.
My car should be out the paint shop tomorrow or tuesday as soon as it does i'll
change it out

i just ordered the egr delete and ill just cap it off and show it who is boss! haha i pray it works. I just pressurized my system and did a boost leak. I didnt hear anything leaking and it was dead silent. It did loose pressure but i account that slowly to my homeade tester and my roomate holding the hose to the valve cover clamped shut. But i think it is leak free to be honest or i couldnt hear it at least.

tested it 3 times and ran a 100 psi 2 lb tank from 100 psi to 10 psi and couldn't hear a peep out of anything a very small slight seep by the intake/turbo boot meeting but i fixed that already other than that nothing. NExt is the egr delete which i hope is here by middle of the week i will install it, put new bpr8es plugs in gapped at 0.020, and reset the ecu via the battery. Im really not sure what i will do if that doesn't cure the issue. I guess buy a used iac?
