think of selling evo

what should i put out there for start price on evo its 2003 black with 76,xxx miles??

I would say you should be able to squeeze 14-15k at least, if its clean still. Of course, your gonna have the guys that will come in saying 12k.

What condition?

I'm not an economist, but going off of anecdotal evidence I would say that in this economy you should expect to see anywhere between 5-10% less than what is listed in the NADA guides or KBB.

+ 1 Is it modded? That changes the price a little depending on the mods and their brands and quality. Ever been in an accident?

I would suggest just shop around and see what other people have sold or is selling theirs for with the same or similar mods as yours. This is best way. Also the condition of the car has a huge factor to the value you'll get. Good Luck man with your sale......
