Winter solution for metallic shift knob?
I use an AMS knob as well. Sometimes you can find em used on here.

Hey guys
So its getting cold over here in the Philadelphia area lately and I am growing tired of the feeling of holding a cube of ice in my hand every time I shift. I've been looking for the JDM leather 6 spd knob but I can't seem to find that... so the question is, what are some interesting solutions that you guys have for the wintertime when your aftermarket knob becomes cold?? Pics would be nice too

Step 1: Take off your right shoe.
Step 2: Take off your right sock.
Step 3: Place right sock over shift knob.
Step 4: Enjoy your new sock shift knob that has been preheated by your feet.
....haha, ok, in all seriousness, ive had friends that wrap them in yarn or rubber bands for the season, looks kinda cool if done correctly.

I have the cobb shift knob. I love it, never gets hot or cold and has good weight.
