Yeah, each manufacturer is a little different but it's all the same.

 

I just filled mine out, I might as well voice my opinion on my buying experience. I had a good buying experience but I did not give them many 5's, I guess I screwed them even though I was not trying too.

 

I only got a free tank of gas.

 

Unfortunately yes. That's the problem with the survey's the way they are set up. I tell all my customers how the survey works and that it's either a 5 or an F. I ask them to contact me if there is anything they can't answer 5 to before they send in the survey so I can attempt to fix it. So far I've had good survey's and my score is in the 90's. Some people won't give a 5 even when it's earned. I've had them tell me to my face that no one deserves a perfect score, even when they know that a 4 is going to be a failing grade. I wish it were different because I believe a 4 is a perfectly acceptable score on some things but the manuf. doesn't agree and that's who grades them.
