Bad IAC?
Iacs go bad on 8s a lot, test the voltage. Even then it could just have a lot of carbon buildup in it. I've had to pull mine off before and clean it with some seafoam and a toothbrush. If you do need a new iac look for a working used evo 9 one here, the 9s teeth are metal so they don't go bad nearly as often
Mine goes to 2k for a couple secs and trickles down to 1000-1100 and idles there and then randomly at a light sitting there it drops to 300 and pops back to abt 1000 and wideband gauge shows 11.0 or lower very rich and most of the time it's fine until those random idle dips comes around
