i searched this i Google and the posts i found didn't answer the question i had. i have a set of evo 8 hid headlights but each is missing a clip and i just want to get new ones. stm sells a evo 8 rs oem headlight replacement for 309 a piece. so i wanted to know if i could swap the hids into the evo 8 rs lights with no problem? if anyone has done this please let me know thanks.

Why can you not get the clips? Call JNZ Tuning and see if they can help you out. They get alot of OEM stuff. Also look in the part out threads, lots of wrecked evos on here that you could get that part from.

 

the tabs broke off the light and also where it bolts next to the fender is broken on the right side. i would rather replace them because they are real beat up looking.

I would hate to see you spend $600 and have to take stuff apart and maybe not even work.

 

i ended up buying the "mint" lights from that post. when they got here a clip was broken and the lens was chipped and scratched.
