Cool Back in the Saddle Again...!

Its been 3 years. Then I found this one in Little Rock and drove up there yesterday and picked her up.

Like most used vehicles there are a few little things I will want to change/fix but all in all the transmission shifts like butter, clutch feels good and the motor runs good with no ticking other than the injectors.

I haven't really had a chance to dig into it to see but I have a suspicion that it has an upgraded fuel pump.

Great find, rare car. Any power mods, tune? How well did the previous owner keep the car clean?

Bigben, it appears that the previous owners did a fair job of keeping it clean. The SE lip looks like an unfinished OEM replacement lip (which doesn't matter much to me right now).

I can tell it had mods before but on the 2.5 hour drive home it drove like a top.

Yea, I wasn't sure if it was an unfinished OEM replacement lip or what.

I'll have it painted soon though.

Thanks

It's a ralliart non carbon replica lip. I think it would look great once you get it paint matched to the car. I prefer the lines over the SE lip.

So a few weeks back cylinder 4 decided to eat an exhaust valve.

Doing a drop in piston/rod rebuild on block and a Buschur stage III head.
