What mods have you done?

Could be a problem with wheels not mounted correctly

Does it feel like it has to do with the engine RPM's? Or does it vibrate while coasting?

The last time I felt my car vibrating I lost a wheel at 70 mph on the highway.

Check those wheels/lug nuts!

Wow why post this if you don't even give a good description on whats going on. MPH range the vibration starts, can it be felt in the steering wheel or just the body of the vehicle, and any other information you might think that is related to the issue.

Maybe a bad wheel bearing?

You didnt give much details about your concern, but maybe it could be the driveshaft carrier bearing going bad.
