OP: Could you please post up some pics of your boost hose connections Or maybe sketch a schematic line drawing for us? I am just a little confused as to how you have this thing hooked up.

Op, the wastegate only has one nipple on it. Leave the hose connecting to the bottom of the mbc and the wastegate alone. And reconnect the vac line that was tee-d into the bov and mbc. It was correct the way it was before you messed with it.

The distinction not only has to do with sexual dimorphism but with diametric symmetry as well. That one nipple thing is kinda weird though, huh?

actually if its a mbc it might be backwards....for example on my dejon tool mbc, the side fitting went to the compressor housing nipple, and the bottom fitting went to the wastegate iirc... try that im now on a 3 port.

well i took of my mbc all the way and took the car on a ride on highway and in 5th gear at 4000 rpm i gave it gas and it goes over 10psi it went over 20 so i went back home iam prettty sure it was the mbc that was bad so i took it apart and everything looked good and tryed it on with the mbc and still 10psi so i just decided to buy a new mbc............
