I hated the oval holes on the 9 even filled. I love the 8s stock but I think the nose chop is just perfection. Should have been like that from the factory.

Also +1 on the 8 with the do-luck lip. I am soon to be rocking this combo.

I would think so yes. my friend did it before he swapped to 9 bumper. i wasn't there when he did it but i'm sure all you need to do is carefully cut out the nose, find something to fill in the big hole, and basically bondo or something it smooth and paint it!

I had my 8's chopped, night and day difference... It makes it look totally different. 8 with chop over 9 anyday....

Also recommend the Deleted Wing!

I swapped my 9 front for an 8, it lasted about 7 months, then I wanted the 9 bumper back lol. I like them both though. For the 8 front, you gotta have the do-luck carbon lip for it.

A nose chop certainly makes it lick sick as well!

I was gonna do an 8 instead of a 9 for my 7 but I went with 9 because a few friends said it looked better. Personally I love the 8 split grill, I love the 9 too and in fact the 7 as well so you can't really go wrong. I don't get why people hate the 8 split with the diamond thing in the middle, it looks awesome.
