Finally looking to mod my bonestock IX MR

Hi I'm fairly new to posting in the site but I've done plenty of research and have read countless posts on how i should mod my IX. This is the mod list i came up with under a budget:

Megan full TBE or stock catback with dp and qtp cutout
Manual Boost Control
Walboro pump
Hks suction intake
ETS 3.5 intercooler
IC piping
1000 injectors
GSC s2s
Springs and Retainers (dont know which brand)

Now I have a few questions. What do you think the budget on those mods are? would u recommend going stock catback with a qtp cutout or run the full tbe? Also if I run the cutout would I be able to run a different tune with the cutout open and closed w.o buying other components. Another question I have is after the parts have been installed, would I be ready to send in my ecu to jestr to be flashed with my new mods? my last questions are if i made the right decisions in parts and if i'm missing any? Thanks in advance and sorry for some of the newb questions.

You should definitely go with a full TBE, and that seems like a great starting point for mods, it covers all the basics. IMO you have made the right decision on parts. I have the ETS intercooler on my IX for a couple years and love it. GL with the car man!

I would vote for a full tbe if you can stand the noise. If not then I would look into the boost actuated cut out from sound performance instead of an electric cutout. Electric cut motors have a tendency to fail over time.

I think I would go with a different intake as well. The filtering ability of the HKS suction isn't that great judging by a test I saw that was done.

If you are going to go with an ETS intercooler than I would probably go with their piping as well. They also have an intake.

You don't have to send your ecu off to get tuned. If you have a laptop, buy a tactrix cable and you can find plenty of tuners on here that can remote tune you over the internet. Hit up tscompusa. He's one such tuner.

You have a rare car in stock form. If it wasn't ever touched keep it stock. Sell her and buy a built EVO with money leftover FTW!
If she was modded and not a virgin, make her a beast!!!!

Swap a 5 speed in it lol.

As for the comment on buying something built, its rare but most cases it ends up always being a nightmare cause you pick up someone else's problems and headache.

Mod list looks good but what kind of driving do you do with it? Any track time or just want some more power? goals? you might want to add a clutch to that list if you do much hard driving at all.

The licp is restrictive. I would upgrade that also.
