boost problem

boost problem

Hey guys my car was running perfectly fine boosting around 3000 rpm and suddenly when I park my car then go out later my vacuum on my boost gauge is goin back and forth from 20 to 10 I checked most of the vacuum lines didn't see any disconnected that I know of it was raining yesterday so was hard to check..but my cars not boosting normally and just feels slow..if anyone can help show me a picture of which line I should check thank you

Have you done a boost leak test?

Or at the very least verify your intercooler piping is still connected and tight? Or to see if you vacuum lines are still connected?

All the vacuum lines are on now it reads 20 but my car doesn't want to boost I'm going to have to take it to a shop to do a boost leak test either ivey tune or turbo trix

could it possibly be my turbo or boost controller? i have a stock turbo, full tbe exhuast, hallman pro bc, aps intercooler with lower and upper pipping have a ****ty hks bov recirculated, prosport boost gauge, 255 walbro pump, milspec throtle body, 650cc injectors car was tuned by ivey tune a while back by the pervious owner to 27psi..i could take pictures if that would help

hard to speculate stick with your orignal plan and go back to ivey to get a boost leak test.

You may need to crush the stock metal one slightly. The Synapse valve gets a lot of good reviews.

I'm going to be building up my evo maybe a stm ff turbo and buschur parts so would a tial bov be good

Tial would be good. But from what Ive seen on here. People dont get the right spring for the tial. Do some research. But Ivey will no for sure.
