whats the best way to get 11s on a 91 oct?

ive been researching for awhile and theres been few debates on what i should get..the catch is i only got 5k.
ive talked to bushur and said stay with my turbo but get his stage1-4 kit which would get me close to 11s..ive looked around and didnt find anyone with those mods.but i heard bushur know his stuff..
i also talked to english and said i should get a fp red bb, gsc1, intercooler, sd converstion and a tune from them. alot of people have good stuff to say about english..so now im asking what have you guys done to be around 11s. Hopefully more to the people that has 91oct as their gas.
my mods right now are:
xspower downpipe, highflow cat,3.5 exhaust, fujita intake, fujita uicp.

Thank you for the help!!!

With your octane gas, you dont need bigger injector. Maximun 1,000cc injectors. My gas is 89 oct, I use meth with a mix of Xylene and I run 11´s. But defenetly, with a FP Black, 272 cams (Kelford or GS2), ported head and good tune you run 11´s.-

If you do it right, you should be able to be in the 11's easily with 5k

You can throw all the bolt on's you want, but in the end it relies on your driving ability.

There are guys running mid/high 10's on a stock turbo with slicks... and some other simple bolt ons.

Good luck with your quest for 11s!

How deep into the 11s are we talking about? Have you been to the track before & what did you run? I've seen cars with tons of $$$$$ into them & the owners couldn't run faster then low 12s. Like others in this thread have already said it comes down to the tune & your driver mod. I see you are in Washington, so English Racing is local to you & would be a great place to take your car. My car is a 6 spd (terrible gearing for 1/4 mile) & I run 93 oct. 2 yrs ago I ran a 12.00 with a 3 inch TBE, Buschur FMIC w/ UICP & LICP, ported exhaust manifold, Megan 02 housing, intake, with the car tuned at 25psi. Car was pretty much full weight besides spoiler & spare tire removed. Could I have run faster...of course. There are plenty of people running mid - high 11s on very minimal mods now. I suggest you take your car to the track as it sits currently, get some seat time & see what she runs. After that, take the car to English Racing & let them work their magic.

Hallman mbc, synapse or Tial bov, 3.5"fmic, arp head/main studs, tune.
The studs are for safety to run more boost.
Those are what I recommend

when i went to the track i get constant 13.2,with those mods with a crappy tire. My target is to be atleast close to mid 11s.
im trying to budget the money because im trying to pay off the car before i get out the military. also when i get out i will be going back to guam. which is a lil island in the pacific ocean. they dont have shops there, also to ship stuff there is expensive.

O2 dump
Ported or tubular ex manifold ( Im sure BJ will chime in and suggest his fav ex manifold )
Ported Intake mani
GSC S2 cams
ETS LP2

You should be able to hit 11's with the above mentioned mods in addition to the ones you already have with a 93 octane tune, high 11's at 114mph ish using the stock turbo is possible, E-85 will get you high 11's for sure if your decent at the track.

Now if you add a BBK FULL or HTA Green in the mix you will hit your mid 11's mark easily on either 93 or E-85

Do you still have you VIII turbo or did you upgrade to a IX turbo

I would say on top of what you have to safely "consistently run mid 11's" you are going to have some trouble without a bigger turbo if you're sticking to 91 I know it's been done in sure but I would go with an intercooler, licp, fp turbo, and tune. That should be at least 400 on pump for sure. And a clutch to hold it. If you stay stock turbo I would say ported intake exhaust mani's intercooler meth and tune.

add nos...

tires, weight reduction, learn how to drive.
UICP does nothing. upgrade your lower. an FP turbo or bbk and bigger IC, tune, etc. depends on your wallet, and what you really want.
