First off I'd like to know why u don't like buschur racing. Second I'm not discrediting TRE's work, but getting a hold of them to ask questions was comparable to trying to walk into the white house wearing a turbine and carrying a rocket launcher. Every time I called shep they answered and were knowledgeable and helpful. Tranny was gone for about 2 weeks. I'm sure it would depend on if he has the dog box gears and parts in stock, but at least they communicate and are easy to get a hold of. My 2 cents.....

 

Yes like evodan said, Alex closed dogbox. TRE I heard is good. Ivey built my trans thou and I have no problems

 

I'm sure magnus motorsports could build a dogbox for you. Then have/do build dogboxes for dsms. You could contact them to see if they can do it.

weren't there some issues recently of licensed dealers buying cheap parts and selling them as BR parts, and pocketing the profits? Just something I read. Therefore maybe it isn't BR's fault? I dunno lol

 

What does any of that have to do with their transmission builds? We all have to make our money somehow, don't hate if someones charging more than you think they should, just provide a better solution, and if you can't, keep it to yourself


Buschurs trans build, for the record, is extremely well priced.

 

I was asked why I don't like BR. You're right it has nothing to do with transmissions. Just bad business. I wonder how Odyssey would feel if they knew their batteries were being re labeled and sold as BR's own battery. That's just my 2 cents.

 

We rebuild alot of those trannies, we ahve been doing them for a long time.
