Stunning comeback.

As far as nutswinging, I didnt say anything about either tuner now did I? I was refering to the fact your math is completely jacked, not to mention your logic. Try proofreading your post next time and perhaps it will come out coherent.

My bad for assuming you were jumping my $hit for the sin of complaining about Shiv's attitude problem. My bad and I bow in the dust.

Now, as far as my math goes, I was playing fast and lose with numbers to illustrate a point...I used the word "about" I believe when comparing at the wheels to crank and such. Yes, I understand that "about 20 HP for each set of driven wheels" is a WAG, but it isn't that far off on a stock car. As output figures rise you have more loading on the gears from the increase in torque and this is why we use a percentage in most calculations instead of a flat "it loses 40 HP through the drivetrain" figure.

I have absolutely no problem with using a dyno dynamics dyno. It is probably a damn fine instrument for tuning a car on. I understand that it shows less HP than a dynojet. I also understand that peak dyno figures don't mean crap. All I care about is the shape of the curve, and area under the curve as compared to a stock car on that same dyno no mater what dyno is used.

Thanks,

Keith

PS: if you want to know why I have a problem with Shiv, it has nothing to do with "Buschur vs Shiv" or "Al vs Shiv" PM me and I will explain. As pointed out by others, it doesn't belong here.
