Dude, you're asking what is just about the most vague question ever. You gave us no information WHATSOEVER about what you're doing with the car, what style of wheel you like, what you have right now, size you want, etc. If you don't have the slightest clue what you want, we can't do all the work for you.

So yes, search.

I will refrain from harrasing you, but you should have searched.

If you want the best brands look at Volk Racing, Work, HRE, iForge, DPE, RotiForm, Forgeline, ForgeStar, Rays Engineering, Weds Sport, CCW......ect

There are several top brands out there, but all of the manufacturers that I mention are high end (ie. $600+ each). If that scares you, look at brands like Rota, Varrstoen, Konig.

go look through the aggressive picture thread. lots of good pics in there. click through page after page, you are bound to find something you want. Generally all the wheel specs are listed.

Enkei - Racing series should be the cheapest you should go for an Evo.

If you care about looks more than performance but are cheap, go with Rota's. But yeah, there is just too much manufactures to list as a lot of them have 5x114.3 as a lug pattern and many different offsets. I would just go to the Show and Shine section and look at what others are running to get a good feel on what I want for my car.
