Serp belt keeps popping off under high RPM/load

Im losing my ******* mind. I cannot figure out why the hell my belt keeps popping off. I have been through probably 15 belts since my car has been pushing 400hp these last few months.

I first replaced my tensioner with a brand new OEM. No dice.
I pulled my AC because I noticed my compressor pulley was slightly visibly "off" from the rest. Still no luck

Almost every time the belt has moved, its been on the alternator pulley. Although it spins by hand, it really doesn't extremely easily...

I have also observed my tensioner moving quite a bit on idle. Im not sure if this is normal or not...

WTF could be going on?

Your tensioner pulley could be bad

it moves with tension of the belt. Not side to side, just with the belt. I should say the belt tension is constantly changing at idle. The last tensioner did the same thing

maybe you have a warped pulley so it is coming off as though a bike chain would..idk why it would only happen on high load though..just a thought. its not snapping the belt right?

check to be sure all the pullies line up and are on the same vertical plane. Spin them all to check for bind to be sure you dont have a bad bearing or one thats going. Your not using a shorter belt are you? If so it could be too long not allowing your adjuster to pick up all the slack at speed. Just a few thoughts.

Ive been wondering if the belts have been too long, because the tensioner does seem like its fully "tensioned" - especially with this last belt that snapped. There was definitely NOT as much slack in the belt as there was when I fixed the one this morning, before it went again after startup. Could they be stretching???
