Hello EvoM.. so a good buddy of mine is turbocharger his S2000 (BorgWarner S366) and me and him have been going back and forth about this up coming season and whose going to be quicker down the quarter mile... so what do you guys think it would take to beat him? FP Green on E85? Cams? Just a friendly wager me and him have going on so any input would be appreciated.

 

What mods do you currently have?

 

TBE, intake and tune. Still debating on what overall setup i want to go with this season... probably thinking FP Green on E85 and GSC cams. Hopefully looking to make around 400 to the wheels. Your thoughts?

 

I came from a FI S2000, and it really depends on how much boost he runs. They can be pretty quick. Also - the driver skill everything.

The question is how much the s2000 is modded? heavily,lightly?

Your defiantly gonna need cams for sure,maybe throw in HTA35r or Fp Red to top it off

 

FP Red/Black on E85 or a PTE 5857 on E85.

In a 1/4 mile, an FP Red should have him. Anything other than a dig may give you problems.

 

yeah i agree depends on how quick the s2k is. I think you can take him with stock turbo, higher boost e85 tune gl.

 

Yes sir E85, more boost and a tune. That alone is a pretty good step.

 

Driving Skills, Will go a long way. FP Red or Green, cams on E85. Good Luck.

 

Yeaa your definantly going to need a bigger turbo....

 

how much boost is the s2k going to run? what tires? on the s2k forums someone has the same turbo making 580 wheel on 18psi, pump gas... walks a 900cc bike from a roll... just saying.

might be different from a dig, that turbo lags a bit. i think u need an FP red at least.

 

i think the s2k will have the upper hand, but it all comes down to driver skill!
