Hello,

I'm having issue with my oil pressure gauge. On start up the guage goes through its opening ceremony just like all my gauges do. but once its done all it does is blink on and off. Everything works fine tho, it keep blinking but pressure gauge works fine at idle or when i'm driving.

I tried search but had no luck. Any idea?

Sounds like just a bad connection or even a faulty bulb. I've ran them in the past and went the easy way on the install (twisting it to other power sources for luminating voltage). Eventually it came loose and I ended up doing things the right way and soldering them.

 

humm thanks for reply. Even with bad connection, does gauge will still work tho?

 

If the oil pressure sensor does not give signal to the gauge, it will do that.

 

i think it sounds like a bad connection too.

check the ground and power wire.
