Well I am going to be running a Tial Q VTA with stock MAF so I need a different intake. I was going to purchase a SD intake with an adapter for the MAF, but they dont have that port for the vacuum line that gos on the stock intake. My question is do I need this line or can I just put a breather on the end where it meets the valve cover? Thanks.

Typically people put a breather filter on it if they are not running a catch can

Just drill and tap a fitting in the intake. It'll take less than 5 minutes.

 

Just bought an ets intake and my vaccum line that was on stock intake doesnt have a large enough diameter dang it.

 

Spit and force go a long way!
