What exactly are the differences if any between the USDM and JDM non-HID headlight assemblies for the Lancer Evolution VIII models. I am not asking about cosmetic differences such as colors, but am most interested in the differences of the component parts such as: bulbs and connectors and retainers, dust boots and etc.

I am hoping that a non-HID USDM VIII headlight assembly will be plug and play on my 2004 non-HID JDM VIII RS. Am I right or wrong? BTW, my RS does not have fog lights either.
