Where'd you buy your EVO from?
To the OP I got mine right across the bridge from a private party in NoVa. But check out cars.com autotrader.com the FS on here n check out dcevoclub.com they have a FS section there and cars are going up all the time.
Got mine at Stohlmans in Northern VA. I would avoid them. I think they put all the reject and newbie salesman into their Mitsu department. They dodn't know crap about the EVO. Fortunetely I did my homework upfront.
Found mine at an Infinity dealer about 20 mins away with 28,000 miles. I found it about 10 mins after they posted it on Autotrader. Shortly after i arrived, there were 2 other people waiting to test drive the car. They both had cash and were very vocal about trying to out bid me. They waited for me to actually buy the car before leaving.
From dealer (Charleston Mitsubishi).
I paid pretty much MSRP back then because I am an infant at negotiating and couldn't effectively control the "had to have it" factor. There is not an ounce of regret in my body for the purchase, though.

Got mine from a small used car dealership in Charlotte, NC. And I live in Ohio. Ya I had to look pretty far away to find mine. Luckily the dealership I work at took care of the pickup for me and forgot to charge me for it lol!

From: Midwest (In EvoM, its SW lol)
From a dealer in MD. Originally, I was 99% firm on buying a Evo from a member in MD (who's still selling btw) but my finaincing fell through. The only reason I went with the dealer is because they have more banks/CU to work with and also, the car was in great shape and cheaper than other dealership (not as cheap as private seller though). I had plane tickets to MD and everything. I was lucky to find a dealership with a working Evo that happened to be in the same area and not waste the ticket. Bought and drove 1000miles back to Midwest.
