Lip install issues

I purchased an Evo 9 RA style CF lip from bayson R a little while ago.
I just got around to installing it today and ran into this-
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OHTjfAiI6Qg

That's not my video but it is the exact problem that I'm facing.

I have the front bumper off the car and have tried to force it into position without damaging the lip and got nowhere. Anyone got any tips or tricks or should I hand it over to a body shop?

I'd say body shop. Or possibly, send it back?

can u push the other side so that it sits flush? if so, hammer screws in there and be done. or take it to a body shop and pay a ton to fit it, which they will do the same thing i suggested. always read reviews of fitment for "style" body parts

the shipping price to ship a lip back and the restocking fee is the price of a new one already just fyi.

Carbon parts are never a guaranteed fit.. Had to cut a big chunk of mine to fit my LICP..
