reference to Mudpit Thread
My thread got closed so Im making a new one. I work alot so
I have not had time to reply. Im sorry Mudpit Performance, my "transmission problem" has been with my car for the past 2-3 years and has not caused any noticeable problem on my motor. The reason my car blew up is because my turbo was leaking oil and not tuneable. Im sorry Mr. Brian Koch you did not call me about a problem with the input shaft....you told me the day i came to pick it up. Plus the knocking noise was because you did not even bother to put e85/gas in the car. The car would not even engage into gear, so how can you tell me you drove it around the block? What you're telling me is you want to charge me again to fix the same problem I had in the first place...and drop my transmission?! Really? So I have to buy a trailer to go back to your shop so you can make more money off of me? Bolts were missing that were there when I first came, DO NOT LIE TO THESE OTHER PEOPLE. YOU RUSHED MY CAR BECAUSE YOU HAD OTHER CARS WAITING. YOU CALLED ME SAYING YOU NEEDED A CRANKS SENSOR MINUTES BEFORE I PICKED UP THE CAR. That is very fishy when you said the car was already completed. EXPLAIN THAT BRIAN, I should take you the court but I have things and school that are more important. I do not have time to WASTE on YOU. 2 years to post this thread shouldnt make a difference at all. Your work is questionable regardless.

I also asked Mr. Koch to tune my car. Unfortunately, he probably knew his substandard "work" wasn't going to hold up during tuning. As soon as I got home to my apartment about 30 miles down the road, every time I pushed in the clutch the rpm's would drop. I just thought of it as a tune issue but it was most like due to somebody not checking the clearances between the bearings, causing the crank to move every time I pushed in the clutch. Keep in mind this "faulty" transmission of mine has been on the previous engine block for thousands of miles already, yet 30 miles down the road, Mr. Brian Koch's engine work is already causing problems.
I explained the situation in the other thread.
You may call fp to ask what happened to your turbo.Robert and Brian inspected your turbo. The cause of failure and denial of warranty for your turbo came from them. They can also explain how turbo's could leak oil.
The original cause of motor failure was a rod bolt through the piston.
Yes i would have charged you to repair your motor when you were told there was a problem that would destroy the thrust bearing and the issue should be resolved before you pick up the car or it should be towed to another shop to be repaired before driving. You chose to drive the car knowing there was a problem.
If you feel you have a case then please sue me.
If you would rather have an internet fight then have at it, i have no interest in playing these internet popularity games.
