Can't pass inspection! HELP!

So, my car was off the road for 4 months for winter(what winter ha) and now i cant pass inspection. I did have the battery out for the 4 months so i know everything was reset. When they plug into my obd 2 port when i first went 3 sensors were not ready, and now just the 02 catalyst isn’t, and i have driven 400 miles and been back to inspection place 4 times and still not ready, just bought my own logger to see now. Usually its just 100 miles, i did 400 and still nothing! I tried driving 55-60 mph under 3k and nothing. My registration expired and I can’t renew it till I get it inspected any ideas?? I disconnected the battery tonight to restart everything again. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

THANKS

Dont just drive it under 3k. You have to really run it hard to get it to cycle. Thats what I read when I reset mine. In the end i patched it to force pass

Flag the ECU for OBD Readiness. If there is nothing wrong you should pass. Whatever its barking about about should be flagable in the ECU,

Ok, so i had the place where I got it tuned put the old tune back(ams tune) and 40 miles and the readiness for the 02 was ready and i passed inspection, now i gotta go back mon to put the new tune back in but the 02 readiness wont be ready, i dont wanna have to go back every year, why is that? think ams calibrated the cat or something?? Both tuners turned the cat off cause of the HFC...

if your trying to pass with a HFC, stop banging your head against the wall and do it right.

Sounds like you need to get the Tephra V7 Rom. It allows you to force the emissions monitors to set up and confirm that it passes its internal tests.
