hey guys i became a member on here a few months ago but havent done much posting or anything. ive been busy with work and the car. i bought the car about 5 months ago with a bad t-case and the company sold me a warranty that said it would cover the fix.needless to say it didnt and ive have to fight to get my money back on the ext warranty but got my money to do a shep upgraded t case, so i went ahead and got a new clutch and shep trans also.this is the first time ive got to drive it since ive owned it and let me tell you a cant keep a smile off my face. so i figured i would post a couple of pics.i have 419 miles on it so far. i also forgot to mention ive got a new set of shoes. enjoy

Be patient with the clutch, as tempting as the car is I know... The last thing you want is to finally have it on the road just to pull it all out for a glazed clutch.

yeah ive got almost 500 miles so far i havent launched it any but i have made a couple of quick shifts.i love shep products this is my second trans from them but its my first evo.im thinking about taking it to the track in a couple of weeks just to get some starting numbers before i begin modding.im trying not to get modd happy like i did with all my talons,and keep it fun and enjoyable.

that's awesome man! I have a similar beginning to my evo. Bought with a busted trans, but no warranty. after sending it to shep when it locked up on me, they called and it wasn't salvageable. two months later a used trans went in, and drove it 630 miles home only for the input shaft bearing to fail on my way. then winter came. 3 months after that I said eff it and took it apart myself, replaced it, and 15k miles later here I am! It's a fun car, enjoy it! Don't be tempted by fools in civics to race.
