Timing belt issue... Need Help!

Hows it going guys. So here is my problem...
I recently did the timing belt on my evo 9. Everything didnt go as smooth as i thought it would, bit off a little more than i could chew.

I have the whine/purr noise coming from my timing belt area. Its so freakin annoying! Yes i did search, Everyone says its a tension problem... Not my case. The tension is perfect as i have checked more than a few times... So does anyone have any imput?

When i first did the timing belt, I had an oil leak coming from one of the hydraulic tensioner bolts and oil could have gotten on the belt a tad. Could that have something to do with the noise?? There was very little oil that got on to the belt.

if oil got on the belt its causing slipping which is making the noise. otherwise its the tension.

it could be idler bearings or water pump. what all did you replace when you did your timing belt.

I know this isnt the right way to do it, but all i replaced was timing belt, balance shaft belt and the balance shaft tensioner. Now im going to be going back in, Replacing both belts again, along with everything else that is required in the 60k service.... Oh and more labor! Just because i wanted to save a couple bucks... I learn from mistakes.
