agreed lol, as long as your not already slammed to the ground the car should hold up just nicely, weight transfer from hitting a corner really sharp might cause some bumps or rubs, but with all those people in the car i doubt you will be playing tokyo drift lol.

Wow, seven years ago now, I was about to marry a school teacher who lived 400 miles away and we needed to start moving her stuff to my house. So, I took out the Evo back seat and loaded the car to the roof all except the drivers seat - the trunk also full. This was with the stock suspension. I worried about how it would handle. It drove like normal.

You will be fine I went 20 hours straight before with luggage and 4 people in the car. The evo will feel slow. This was in a 9 too.

If you're really worried, look at the gross vehicle weight rating, then take the weight of the car + passengers + luggage and as long as you're not exceeding that limit, you're fine. I've had 5 peeps in my VIII with no problems.

the only thing i could see happening is if your dropped, whether on coilovers or springs you might scrape abit in the back with the added weight. other then that 4 people should fit decently in the evo with no problems.

You'll be fine and the 500 is up here in cleveland I see em all the time lol So go buy one
But on another note I kart my family around all the time for fun (5 adults avg 140-180lbs) and their only complaint is that they feel "bouncy" in the back. So i hardened the dampers.. a lot.. no more complaints! So I put it back and it's all good still

Nice so thay are officially on sale now! Cool. I want to get the wifey one. I'll try to get an american spec one here. We some serious discounts for vehicle purchases out here (a tax break and some weird NATO discount).
