sound diagnosis

At a light i noticed a loud buzzing coming from my driver side front wheel area, there is a denso brand product that is located infront of the wheel well, that i belive the sound is coming from. I turned the wheels thinking it could be bearing related and sound was there the whole time, turning the steering wheels al the way left and all the way right, dealt with the sound till i got to school. I then inspected everything in the parking lot and it seemed to be the denso product making noise---if someone can inform me what that part is id appreciate it!--- i turned the car off left the key in the on position but didn't turn it and the buzzing was still there

To describe the sound its a loud warning buzz the same as a warlbro pump whine just x2 louder you can here it clearly over the idle, figured it would go away after i get out of class 3 hours later i start the car and it's still yelling at me, knowing my evo and all her beauitful sounds she makes i didn't think anything of it, just another sound lol. But once i got home after a 20 mile drive it stopped buzzing , if anyone has an idea of what it was feel free to give your imput, its gone now but i know it'll come back sometime and i want to know whats going on.

thanks,bryan
