Diverter valve & v band ic pipe help.

I have a synapse diverter valve. How will I know if this is going to be strong enough for my build?

Specs are in my sig, I plan on runing 92 70% of the time and E85 30%.

Is there a place I can get a 2" vband pip?

What do you mean strong enough? Hold enough PSI?.... you won't be able to run enough boost to leak a synapse valve..... having enough flow could be a concern... but I doubt it.

I'd swap the worm clamps for t clamps, especially that rusted *** one in front. If you are worried, I mean.

Thanks that's what I wanted to know. I don't have to change any springs or anything? The original setup on this diverter valve was for my stock turbo. I'm currently on a FP3582R on SD. I plan to be around 530-600awhp.

Taken from the Synapse Engineering Website Catalog:

By design, it is a pull-type valve only. This means that boost pressure keeps
it closed, meaning no boost leaks upwards of 100+ psi of boost.

They have two different valves, the newest valve which is much smaller can run in any config and hold 60psi I believe. IMO the best way to mount it is to use the welded on flange and not use a coupler.

There is an adjustable spring inside the valve which can be tightened if needed, there are also other aftermarket springs ppl have used, every setup is slightly different so not many ppl will be able to give you a definitive answer but only their experience.
