BR Double Pumper "My car hates me!"
So I figured, I might have used a gallon of gas from the time I got gas to the time it was parked in the garage. Th rest had to go somewhere, thats where I assumed it was drained onto the floor.
This is a pic I snapped one day that it leaked while I was at work. I knew as soon as I got home, I could smell gas. This was making its way out of the garage and onto the driveway as well. This was with a full tank.

Guys, in the odd chance you get one of these that has a leak, DON'T DRIVE THE CAR. Figure out what the issue is, contact us and either let us fix it or try it yourself.
Most common problem is people forget to install the big fat flat o-ring between the tank and fuel pump assembly.
The nylon flat washer we use sits on top because it's a nice flat area to seal. The fittings have a large AN nut on the bottom and Jarrod tightens the crap out of them. There shouldn't be anyway a leak can even happen there as tight as they are.
We'd be glad to look at it if you send it back.
BTW, I just checked my mail, I have no messages from you.

Do you guys know fuel is flammable?! If you see a leak, DON'T DRIVE THE CAR and DON'T PARK IT IN YOUR FREAKING GARAGE!!!! Holy ****.
There is a vent on the fuel tanks, I'd guess some of yours are plugged up or the evap canisters have been removed and the vent wasn't left. There shouldn't be enough pressure to loose that much fuel in the tank.

Im fully aware fuel is flammable lol. When I park the car in the garage, it wouldnt leak right away. Its only after the car sits, it starts to leak. Mine has no issues, as long as I dont fill the tank up, but thats not a fix by any means. Since this time, I just havnt filled the car up yet though.
Where exactly are the vents? Maybe thats my issues to begin with possibly. These vents could be clogged, causing more than normal pressure in the tank making the fuel leak??

There is a big evap canister under the rear bumper of the car, weighs about 8 pounds if I remember right. Some guys delete them and don't properly vent the tank then as they cap all the hoses. Try loosening your gas cap up on the car and then filling it and letting it sit, see if it leaks then.

Yea, I am gonna look into the vents like DB said. Mine seems to build more and more pressure the longer it sits while the car is off. I havnt touched any of the vents, but the previous owner might have. Ill have to chck it out. Like I said, mine only leaks when the tank is full, once the level gets between the 3/4 and F mark, I dont ever smell fuel or see any leaks from the top of the pump assembly.
I would have sent mine back right off the bat, I just wanted to get to the track that sat so bad, so I just drained some gas out of the tank til the leak was no more. Then.....damn rain cancelled the even anyways.

Just an update on my leak. I replaced the bulkhead fittings that Nick sent me yesterday. I tightened the crap out of them. Installed the pump. I went to the gas station, with my rear seat out, I watched the top of the fuel pump assembly while I put gas in it. Well....I got about 4.5 gallons in and I saw it start spewing out of the bulkheads. So now it leak with just a half of a tank in it. (I had about a 1/4 tank in it already)
Is there anything else on the assembly that could be causing this??? I am gonna contact Nick and send it back I think this week and have them check it out. So frustrating!
