When you install new ones, use a little white lithium grease. My throttle was a little sticky when cold for about a week after I installed them but it went away. Mine were the culprit of a ridiculous boost leak. No issues now though. Easy install.

 

Just to add to this I replaced my TB shaft seals and the problem went away 100%. If anyone else is having an issue with sticky throttle on cold starts, deffinetly take the time to do this. It is cheap, easy, and well worth it!

 

I have my new ones sitting in the bag still...not sure when i'll get them in but hopefully I will also be able to report back that the problem was 100% fixed!

This is great to read! I have the cold start and pedal sticking problem! Its very annoying. Gonna try to use the cleaning method first
