Dude, just buy an evo9 drivetrain and cluster. Hit the acd button till it says "snow." That automatically turns the head into a 10k revving monster. Seriously

Destroke a 4G64 to 88mm or less. Slows your piston speeds down quite a bit. You'll need custom valvetrain, Ti valves, and BeCu seats...and a head that flows at least 285CFM. Your gear box won't like shifting at 10k so you'll probably want a 7.25 carbon tilton twin and a stg3 TRE gear box. then swap a decent size turbo on there and make some power at 10k. I would say something like a 6266 precision in a LARGE divided T4 config. Maybe 1.22 or 1.44 A/R.

Can be done but requires mucho dinero.

but yeah it is a little more involved then head work and a giant cam IF you want it work.
