Is it the tubing or flange or both. Is the flange mild steel??

Depending on the SS used it can get some surface rust. A lil WD-40 and a scotch-brite pad will take it right off usually

Yea i think it is just superficial rust per-say. Its just on the flanges.

unless toxic fab is high grade stainless steel its pretty normal. Anytime you have something that constantly heat cycles it's going to discolor and corrode over time.

Sounds good. Toxic fab is a pretty penny so therefore I was kinda getting a bit worried. Thanks for your help guys.

Mild steel flanges will rust sir. Absolutely normal.
