Any ideas? No cchanges beforre oor after the sstart of the noise.

Doesn't matter on throttle or not, in gear or not, using brakes or not

Only happens at higher speeds (~60+ gets pretty frequent, sometimes around ~40). I checked the area, maybe some loose stuff around the wheel arch or something? It's definitely front passenger side.

It's pretty loud - much louder than it comes out in the video
