need help with updating my vacuum line setup

so for the past 2 years ive had my vacuum lines run like this:

fpr line "T" to inside cabin, boost guage "T" to double pumper hobbs "T" to meth controller in trunk

so if you can follow that it comes out to 3 sources being run from my fpr line and the last line runs all the way to my trunk. so i know that theres a delay in response because of all the hoses.

im thinking of getting a vacuum distribution block and mounting it in the car and taking my source from the brake booster line instead of the fpr, since the hose is bigger.

is the brake boost line ok to use as a boost source?

That's what i'm currently using and the only thing I notice is my AFR's lean out if I pump the brakes at idle.

Why not just use one of the ports on the intake manifold to feed the vacuum block and then run the other 3 lines off of the block?

well my thought was that since i have to use it for so many lines and one is all the way to the trunk, that if i used the bigger booster hose that it would be more responsive. im no engineer though so i have no idea.
