Can someone help me out?

I started my car after a few weeks of sitting, and after it warmed for about 15 mins, I gave it a couple of good revs. When I was leaving, I noticed all this black crap coming out of the exhaust!!!

What is this and is it normal??!!

 

Yea its normal. When your car sits, condensation builds up inside the exhaust so when you fire it up it mixes with all the carbon in there and blows it all over the back of your bumper. EVO's run pretty rich also, which doesn'y help. A good coat of wax in that area will make clean-up a breeze.
