AEM Tru Boost help/experience???

I've had the AEM tru boost set up for nearly two years, today all of a sudden I tried to pass someone and noticed I had no boost. It actually felt like the controller was off and I was running off the wastegate (11 psi or so). So when I looked up at the gauge I noticed that the numbers were stuck on -.42.

It wasn't reading boost, wasn't reading vacuum just seemed to be stuck on -.42. Once I got it home and parked it I let it run a bit and noticed that every once in a while the numbers would fluctuate from -.42 to -.50.

The fact that there is a little fluctuation makes me think that a hose is off, but I've tripled checked. Perhaps an unseen tear or hole in the lines? Has anyone experienced this before or have any other suggestions?

Perhaps I am not asking the right questions.

Apart from the gauge malfunctioning, what else would cause the boost controller to NOT control boost or the gauge to not read vacuum/boost

Vacuum lines issue?

Waste gate issue?

The car seems to be running ok other than not going into boost, cams might be a little more lopey than normal at idle. Feel free to chime in

This sounds like the wiring might have come loose somewhere, or the gague has a problem. I would suggest you call aem directly, as they should be able to help you out.

Boz, thanks. I'm going to give them a call. Here's hoping they have a solution.

So I lucked out. Turned the car on this morning before I started replacing vacuum lines and noticed a hissing inside the cabin. Took the A pillar off and the line connected to the gauge had popped off. So I ziptied it on an I'm good to go. Lot of time save by just using your ears!!!!
