I think i know what the prob is just wanted a second opinion. My car was running fine and then I installed a SpoolinUp COP and now when the motor is cool/cold I have to feather the throttle or it wont start. Once warm it idles/cruises/boosts fine. I'm gonna clean the filter and maf and check the plugs. I might throw the stock coils on it tom and see if that fixes it. Maybe the new COP didnt seat correctly on the plugs? I couldn't really push down on them like the stock coils. Any helpful input it welcomed. Thanks

 

I changed the plugs and it seemed to have fixed it but then it did it again. Anyone?

 

Hard start is sometimes due to an air leak. Could you have knocked off a vacuum hose while working on ignition?

 

i boost leak tested it right after i put the COP on. Would it only do it when cool/cold?

 

Possible but not likely.

 

when the engine is warm it starts perfect
