Question How to properly remove AMS COP Ignition Sys?

So recently my car started sputtering at high-boost and I wanted to see the status of the plugs. Well with the AMS COP I cant seem to get the coils out. Well finally I pried the coils under the plate with a plastic pry-bar and three of the boots stayed on the head. THey were extremely stocked to the head. The springs were stocked to the coils...now trying to put them back together, I'm assuming the spring has to be all the way up in the coil and enough far down the boot to touch the spark plug, but how to do that. And after that, what is the correct procedure to remove the system.

Use di electric grease on these boots and plugs, keeps them from sticking and you wont have to pry them off.

It had sOme residue of di-electric grease in them but I guess the heat burned some of it.

As said above dab a little di electric grease inside the boot where it goes on the spark plug.

Hey Scott, do you guys sell the boots separately? If not, where can I get a replacement? I had a stuck one that I ripped the lip on when trying to get it off the plug.
