Missing a few fuses

Can anyone tell me what the fuse A/T is for?

On your Evo VIII, nothing. Automatic Transaxle or Transmission on the regular Lancer or on the Evo VII and IX.

i guess this is in topic but im missin a couple fuses. too but everything seems to be running in good condition is this normal?i bought the car this way.

You are missing fuses which are in your actual fuse diagram?

Not every slot in the fuse box will be used.
