Was wondering if any one has ordered anything from Gruppe-s. They still haven't gotten me a tracking # yet and i orderd it about 1 week ago. Just wondering

first question.... Have you even attempted to call them about this? If they were not there, did you leave a message? Did you email them asking them for a tracking number?

This site should not be used as your first line defense for resolving Vendor issues. It should be your last option after you have exhausted the traditional means to resolve an issue.

Well thank you for asking and yes I have done both. I am not trying to resolve anything just some companies ship slower than other and was wondering if any one has ordered from them. Didn't mean to offend anyone, and im sorry if I did.

gruppe-s has definitely good service.... I've ordered most of my stuff from them.... I actually ordered the ralliart radiator shroud myself last week and I believe they are all out of stock at the moment and they should have some in soon.... however I canceled my order because im getting a aftermarket front bumper and I don't think it'll fit (?) so just be patient and they'll send u a tracking number as soon as they send out to you... =)

 

I don't think you did offend anyone. It's just that people are very quick to complain on these forums as of late. And many times people complain before they even gave the company a fair chance to respond. And I wanted to make sure you were not one of those people.
