What sensor is this?
I am doing the HG on my 03' Evo and noticed this sensor on top of my PS rack, just laying there.. Can someone help me identify it? What is it and what is the purpose of it?

Memphis raynes nice nick, if Im not mistaken I think its the EGR vacuum regulator selenoid.

If you have the EGR block off plate I dont think so.
