Ok car just up and would not crank one morning the past 6 weeks, I tailored it to a friend, he installed a new crank shaft sensor, which was burned up, still wont crank, it is getting fuel to the rail, and rail pressure is 60ish-70 psi running w/255.

Then diagnose found no injector pulse..

tuned on aem ems v1 software, took the board out, and seem some burns in the board on a few links...

Im lost on what to do, will aem still warranty, or did I mess up by pulling it apart.. I know this is the issue here..

 

Since you pulled it apart chances are AEM might not want to cover it under warranty unless they see it as an issue that has come up before. Not trying to be a Debbie downer but go into this thinking worse case they have you pay for the repair.
