Happens with other makes and models too. the 8's and 9's have been around for 6+ years so a lot just want a change. Some do build it beyond everyday enjoyment. But some for sale are only lightly modded, so peeps looking for something different

seats are easy to change. I prefer the se seats over all of them. I picked up the x to have a more practical car. I only take the 8 out on weekends maybe or to meets. The x I can just drive wherever. I can the 8 to but its a damn race car.

Not driving your car to keep the miles low is like not having sex with your wife so she can be better for the next guy.

I had no plans to sell my car. I went to far with it. A mistake. Not to be duplicated. Looking to scale down.

i agree i use my car as a dd 100miles a day and im proud to say that. im not driving a ferrari or some 6 digit car (to be honest if i had a ferrari id drive it snow if it could make it lol) i buy a car to drive it. i dont plan on a crazy build with it mainly suspension tune exhaust intake and looks for now. down the road 50000miles later i might start a build on it and buy another car. by brother in law has a srt4 that has 13000 miles on it and never sees the day of light it sits in his garage i dont understand owning a car and not driving it! i HATE driving other cars AND LOVE driving my mr 9 so why would i want to spend a day driving some slow not nice commuter car!? if it breaks ill repair it, if the paint chips ill repaint it, MILES ARE JUST A NUMBER IN MY BOOK but to each their own right? just my opinion.

I just bought a 04 VIII rs from a friend. The car has 40k miles. My goal is to build it, run a 9 and sell it.... after that I'm on to my new project...

Unless you're already established in your career, these cars can cost a pretty penny to own.

Very expensive... brakes, maintenance, parts?, everything is up there. Still cheaper than a FD...

they arent that bad on parts guys!? my brother has a 2011 audi s4 now we can talk expensive on upkeep! our brake pads arent crazy expensive, our rotors, nothing on the car is crazy expensive. when i bought mine i told myself look its not a honda civic its not gonna be 10$ brake pads, its a performance car thats awd, i knew what i was getting into. i dont think i can name a single "performance" car out the there is "cheap" to own. no one buys a ferrari and cant afford to fix it. their oil changes are 3000$ because its a ferrari, i understand these are "lancers" but they are modded from the factory. JUST MY OPINION!
