subscribed, also looking to paint the front emblem black

 

Alright, I had to find some Japan Auto Trader like sites and NONE of the Evo's they had for sale had a red emblem on the front....all silver...oh well.

 

Interested in one also

 

i agree with the people above take your old one off or buy a new one. sand it then paint it. its not hard i did it and theres howtos on here for it

 

I found them on ebay .... Red Mitsubishi Logo badge but in plastic...here is a link

^^^^^ this thread is really old dude. What I did was, went to mitsu to buy a new badge $30 plus 1000 grit sand paper, 1 can of primer, 1 red, and 1 clear coat. Sand it, primer it, paint it then clear coat it with maybe 3 or 4 coats of each and it looks amazing.

 

My old car. Didn't know there was anything special about the red badge? Doesn't go with my current car theme so never thought about it again.
